Comprised of 54 countries, and over 3000 ethnic groups speaking more than 2100 different languages, African culture is diverse and colorful. It should be without surprise that the culinary expressions, of this eclectic continent, would also be vast and varied.
Afro-Fusion takes great pride in offering our take on popular traditional African dishes. Whether it’s Kosheri from Egypt, Jollof Rice from Nigeria, Banku from Ghana, or Nshima na Ndiyo from Zambia, all of our entrees are plant-based and made, predominantly, with organic locally sourced ingredients.
