Nshima
Nshima is a staple food of Zambia and its neighboring countries. It’s made
from cornmeal. We use organic cornmeal.
Umusalu
Umusalu are sautéed greens with onion and tomato. We are using organic
locally sourced kale.
Visashi Mushrooms
Our Visashi Mushrooms are organic mushrooms cooked in a spicy creamy
peanut sauce.
